The hotel is well located, within walking distance of all the historic sites and the main plaza. It's also just a short walk away from a major tourist attraction. the rooms are generally comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities you'd expect.
The walls are poorly soundproofed, meaning that you may be able to hear conversations or TV from your neighbors.

Very good location very close to most of the main attractions. Staff were pleasant and did attempt to deal with ourneeds, though these were basic and very few.

Friendly and helpful staff on the desk. Lift to upper floor. Clean and comfortable with air con. Good bathroom. Wi-fi a bit tempremental but did work in the room. Handy distance from station and then town on the doorstep.
The road it's in seems a bit grim but we always felt safe.

The price was excellent. The room was clean and in a great location. The size of the room was good and the bed was fairly comfortable.
They advertise that they have air conditioning.. And they do... But it's not very cold. It's a central unit and only can be controlled by the front desk. They would not change it. We were very hot at night.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and public transportation. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a functional bathroom.
The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors at times, but it wasn't a significant issue. the basic breakfast offered could have had a bit more variety, but it was adequate for our needs.

The location of this hotel is excellent for those wishing to visit the historic city of Jerez. Staff are very helpfull and friendly, they are Spanish and that is the spoken language. Room was spacious and clean.
Personally I don't think this is a 3star. It has no bar or restaraunt as such which was not a problem for us. However if you were to book this thinking it was a 3star you could be dissapointed. Parking is a little tricky, although we were in a 6 meter van and we still managed to find a space within a 5 minute walk. We would definatly use this hotel again as there were more pros than cons for us...
